Health and Healthcare in India is a topic with a lot of ifs and buts. As a doctor trained in a Government Medical College and then working in one I have seen how things work. Even when there is an entire Governments resource to give acccess to quality free healthcare, things will improve significantly ,only when you take responsibility for your own health. That means not supporting addiction ,remembering to exercise, and above all eating healthy and sleeping on time. None of this is difficult .But what is needed is the right mindset.
In the crazy chaos of daily living we take things for granted and that takes its toll on your mental, physical and social health. You can do it with what you have ,where you are .You just need to start taking the first step. Don’t forget to subscribe .
Good Health is a lifetime of good choices, great habits and some genetics.

I have also seen the problem a welfare state faces trying to provide free quality healthcare to all. The problem is the bursting population, poor lifestyle habits, tobacco and alcohol abuse, drug addiction, poor contraception choices. Too many, too soon makes mothers give birth to malnourished children. A physically weak mother having multiple childbirth is a problem the subcontinent is facing for a very long time.
As a mother and a doctor, my aim is to spread awareness about preventable diseases, both infectious as well as lifestyle diseases.
If you are here it obviously means you love being healthy too. Nothing is more precious than your good health! That’s why if you want me to help you develop a healthy lifestyle plan.
