What stresses you out ?
This week is turning out to be a little erratic .
I get stressed when things don’t follow the plan .But it’s worse when hubby is not ย around to calm me down .Theย best way to get rid of chronic stress ย ย is not to use the wrod stress or tension.That worked for me.I say things like “I need a plan Z or I am looking for a solution.I am a doctor and I started blogging in 2014 .Stress was one of the reasons I took to writing.
I wrote a post on 32 ways to beat stress.
Most people are helped with just a few ย But some people need more help.
That’s when you need to take charge of your mind.
The main problem is, most people don’t want to take responsibility for their actions .
They want someone ย to solve their problems.Someone to give them medicines or wave a magic wand .ย
I sometimes wonder why people don’t study?
Even if I do get, that children should enjoy ย their childhood ,I don’t understand not letting them get prepared.It’s about teaching them to study a ย little every day ,so that you don’t stress during exams.
Life unfortunately is not a bed of roses.Neither is it fair .
The only way to get what you want out of life is to be armed to a T.
Learning life skills is part of that very important dressing up .
If you want to be healthyย ,eat healthy, exercise ,sleep.
If you want to earn well .Study hard .You never know which skills you may need.
Who knew my creative writing skills from school would come handy ?
Also those Moral science classes,which were all about play acting and life’s lessons.
Education never goes to waste ,until you waste it.
Just because you are good at something and love something, doesn’t mean you can’t be awesome at something else too!
That’s why you need to be well equipped to choose.
If you want to live well ,choose your partner wisely.
Is there any other way to this ?
I don’t know.
I really don’t.
Of all the people I see struggling ,I find one very important common link.They don’t take responsibility.
Most things in life is the result of a choice you have made at some point in your life
When I get stressed I do 5 things to snap me out of it :
1)Jump on the treadmill ย for a quick run.It helps a lot .The single best thing to try.
2)I prune my plants and give my balcony garden a lot of TLC.
3)Drink a lot of water .
4)Read a mystery novel, often in Bengali my mother tongue.
5)Cuddle Rai and tickle her .
