Do you know you can Walk, Write & Garden for the Healthy Life you want? Itโs easier than it looks, and this book was written while I walked the talk.
On October 13th, I completed five years of blogging. In the real world, that’s how long it also took me to earn an MBBS degree and finish my internship. So that way, 2019 is unique. When I started back in 2014, I did it just because it was a fun adventure. But now, after six books and an anthology, when I am publishing my seventh book, I am sure life is a treasure hunt. You just need to follow the clues and listen to your gut feeling while never forgetting to use your brain.

But walking and writing would be impossible without my DIY treadmill desk and that’s why I decided to share this research with you. Writing needs to be a daily habit and so does walking. Gardening also increases the sense of community. The level of daily physical activity, cognitive functions, and overall quality of life improve.

The shiny object syndrome is a significant hindrance to doing anything productive in life, and so is the yak shaving hobby. You need to play to your strengths always because life really is too short of making all the mistakes.
When you know the goal is a good one, trying different roads makes sense. The best part is, in each way is, you make new friends and learn a new life lesson. In the end, wherever you end up if part of the adventure and you will always have a good story to tell.
Isnโt that what our livesโ all about?
The creative writing course I took with Blogchatter helped me write on Creative prompts, and that’s one exciting thing about writing. There are many new things to learn, and there are no limits to what you can do. But sitting at a desk, writing for long hours, causes significant damage. Your body becomes sedentary and sluggish. As a doctor, I knew physical exercise is an essential part of keeping your body and mind healthy. There was no magic pill and no short cuts. While people debate about the various cool sports you can take up, the simplest thing you can do for your body is to start walking every day.
How do gardening and nature fit into the plan?
