I read the book Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann in 2016.Reading the book was like opening a window in my soul.Let me rephrase.Reading the book was like making french windows where there was only a solid wall.
That’s how enlightening the book is.It doesn’t talk about deep unfathomable philosophical goals. It talks about human nature. Our intrinsic wish for doing good only for our own self and how that can be given a twist to make the world a better place. The secret formula for success is to Give!Sounds crazy right?
I thought so too till I read the book .There’s an old proverb
Give and you shall receive.
This in itself is not simple.Because rarely can we give with an open heart. The book Go-giver will help you understand how this is possible without endangering your self interest.
Why do I think it should be mandatory reading at school?
Children are the most receptive to new ideas and thoughts. When we don’t take care to inculcate the spirit of generosity, optimism and caring in them from a young age, it’s difficult to learn those lessons later. If the schools don’t use the book, it’s important parents do.
Until those of us who care to make it personal responsibility, to spread the message of good, the fight for happiness will be difficult.
Happiness is not difficult to get entity It’s actually a way of life .A reflection of your thoughts and your work.If you want to be happy, teach your children to be happy, The Go-Giver can help.
We are the world Blog Fest is a beautiful opportunity to spread goodness, positivity, and happiness Today I ask you to read this book.
If you are looking for a few powerful messages from the book read this post
But if you are in a hurry you can watch the video or hear it ! It’s brief but it will change your life.
