I love to get out and walk, and I love to write. Gardening – not so much, lol. However, getting out into nature does wonders for me. Thanks for sharing all the benefits of doing these things.
Glad you liked it.
I can answer yes to all three. Snowball and I had been walking two to four miles a day before I feel, then I couldn’t do it for awhile. I finally got back to my routine and it feels so good and even Snowball is excited to be back walking. I found a nice 2 1/2 mile walk from my house to a light house and we went there the other day. It was so refreshing and even on a chilly day I love to walk. As for gardening, that’s my love, I’m always out planting, weeding, or just admiring all the flowers. The beginning of the year I started writing gratitude not in the evening and putting them in a basket. At the end of the year I will pull some out and re-read them.
These three I found, works really well to keep me on track .Thanks Martha
An important reminder that change often begins with a single step. Best wishes for your audiobook
Thanks Tamara
These three things are gamechangers. I absolutely see a difference in my mental health when I don’t do all three. Now that there is beautiful weather in Kansas, I am making a point of getting outside more often, walking included. I am making a point of writing every day, and even though we are in a rental, I am doing some gardening and improvements as a “pay it forward” to our wonderful homeowner.
Daily small habits like walking, writing, and gardening really do make a difference. I love the reminder that we donโt need all the fancy extras โ just consistency and a little daily effort.
