When I first shifted to a small town I was struck by how nongreen my views were. I could see a sliver a sky and other people’s windows.
It was brown grey and depressing. Then I read a book called Love the home you have by Melissa. It is a mindset altering book. It talks about how you and I look forward to living in our own homes one day and forget to live.
Our entire life is spent planning that one home we will be one day own.
But when you are bringing up a family you need to live with love. You need to make your home peaceful, welcoming and loving.
Home decor is not for other people it’s for you.
