Awesome ideas! I know I’m a prime example for over eating during the holidays! Especially with desserts but it’s a great idea to start eating before I cook! Will give it a try!

Holidays and food will get you. Sneak right through your goals and live you disappointed. I skipped a cookie exchange to avoid the temptation but now want to do 12 days of cookies. Which means not starting a no sugar diet until that’s over, lol. I’m pretty good at not over indulging but I’m also good at eating a treat daily.

Thanks for these great tips. My biggest overeating problem comes from relatives insisting that I’m too skinny and non stop handing me food that they made specially for me. It’s nearly impossible to refuse without hurting their feelings.

Great Tips Amrita…never knew there was a connection between the color and food. But somewhere, the overall Indian cooking is loaded with weight-increasing stuff. Need to select the healthier options (still a challenge for me though).

Really, “holiday seasons” can load you up with weight, which you spent months working out. But I think when you do for a vacation, you should not restrict yourself. Cause that is the very reason, you took a vacation. To be Yourself. To Have Fun. To Relax. To Enjoy.
