According to my mother, buying a new juicer when I already have one is a sheer wastage of money.
She feels that hard-earned money must be spent wisely and instances of undue expenditures should be avoided by all means.
Although, I do agree with her on this to a certain extent, but when it comes to good health and well-being, there are no compromises or bargains.
For this very reason, after much deliberation and thought, I decided to buy a brand new cold pressed juicer to replace the traditional conventional juicer, that had graced my kitchen cabinet for a few years now.
Why did I choose to buy a cold pressed juicer?
The answer was in the health status of my family members.
Six months ago, my husband was diagnosed with hypertension because of being over-weight.
My mother who had devoted her entire life to keep her family healthy was bogged down by the woes of aging.
In fact, my health was in no better shape. I felt lethargic all the times and lacked the energy to carry on with day-to-day tasks.
In the face of all this, I had wanted to do something drastic to improve the health report card of my family.
I needed to put an end to the practice of unhealthy eating and bingeing, which had become a norm due to our hectic lifestyle.
I was exploring the ways and means to improve our dietary choices when a health-conscious colleague at work suggested me to buy a cold pressed juicer.
For the longest time, juices were regarded as one of the healthiest drinks to consume.
Although, it was later realized that the traditional juicer mostly extracts sugar and is devoid of any fiber which is left out in the pulp of the fruits or vegetables .
On the other hand, cold pressed juicers are built with an advanced technology known as the “hydraulic press” that extracts maximum nectar from any fruit or vegetable.
Therefore, without any further ado, here are top 3 reasons why a cold-pressed juicer is a smart buy.
Extracts Nutrient-rich Juice
Cold pressed technology, crushes and presses the fruits and vegetables to the maximum, thus ensuring that the resultant juice is packed with all the nutrients and goodness. Kent cold pressed juicer is the most desirable product available in the market.
The appliance runs on a moderate speed of less than 100 revolutions per minute, this producing less heat.
This prevents the oxidation of the essential nutrients that usually happen if the juicer runs at a very high speed.
Thanks to our unnerving schedule, ensuring that everyone in the family is getting their daily dose of nutrition is difficult.
However, since cold pressed juicer has come into our lives, we can ensure by drinking various types of fruits and vegetables juices.
I have tried different recipes like celery and tomatoes or orange and apple juice and we got great results in terms of both nutrition and taste.
Retains Fiber in the Juice
Conventional juicers dispense juice that has a very fine texture because the pulp is retained in the form of waste. But we must know that all the goodness and fiber is in the pulp that we end up throwing in the trash.
Cold pressed juicer, however, ensures that the fiber in the juice remains intact.
Fiber is essential for the body and aids in digestion reduces the risks of developing diabetes and hyper-tension.
With just a glass or two of juice, I can ensure that my family is receiving the right amount of fiber in their diet daily.
For a healthy heart, weight management and overall fitness dietary fibres is so essential. If you have a cold-pressed juicer at home, eating healthy becomes effortless.
Dispenses Superior Tasting Juice
Due to a high content of nutrients and fiber, the juice dispensed from a cold pressed juicer tastes much superior.
Even juice of most unusual concoction including green leafy vegetables that tastes quite well.
Drinking a glass of wellness everyday bestows a satisfaction that we are finally on the right side of health.
Spending on equipment that has brought a huge change in our diet and lifestyle is by no means wrong. On the contrary in helps the cause of saving, as good health means big bucks saved on treatment.

Yes drama, water is always the best to drink. Many appliances are considered as extra or not frequently used electronics in the home. But still, I had always planned to buy an air purifier after my cold pressed juicer. As I believe that the key to living healthily is to eat, drink and breathe healthy
