When Richa Singh and Blogchatter tells me to do something,I try to do that. So here’s my list of 10 Things (not the exact list though…but close).
One of the reasons I dont usually share exact goals (this one is an approximation) is a little bit superstition and an interstellar neuroscience theory I read about.
The superstition everyone is aware and I won’t get into it but the neuroscience I will explain.Its believed that by saying your goals out loud you get a kind of Dopamine boost which almost matches the one we feel when we accomplish something.Its like a vicarious feeling of ‘doing’ without “actually doing” anythings.Over time it starts to feel like all bluster and no substance.
Ten Things I want to Accomplish in 2026
1.Write more without my phone .
2.Learn more.
3.Find more ways to go green inside my home.
4.Finish my unfinished crafting projects.
5.Stress less and sleep more.
6.Walk everywhere possible.India needs to get back the pedestrian walks from the mindless shops.
7.Avoid loop thoughts.I make my husband crazy in more ways than one!
8.Focus more .I have too many interests.
9.Judge less .
10.Learn more about Website optimization with the help of my AI friends – #ChatGPT #Perplexity #Gemini #Grok are quite wonderful for deep research and finding hidden gems.
