That’s so great that you’re into your workouts again! It’s been challenging for me because, as the nights get dark sooner and it’s colder outside, I find that I don’t want to leave my apartment! Eek.

Loving the idea of thankful Thursdays, sometimes just by sitting back and looking at what we are fortunate to have it’s a great way to have a happy life and having friends with similar interests doesn’t hurt either

I had a stress fracture last year and couldn’t exercise like I used to and it was hard. I’m slowly getting back to what I was before that injury. I have that 6 pack dream maybe one day. I’m just waiting patiently for some mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie!
