Now we must wear a mask, maintain social distance, and avoid crowds. None of this is easy, but you and me, we can do it!

1) Exercise every day – no shortcuts for this
It’s the best way to beat the blues. At least 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise of moderate intensity is needed for maintaining good heart health. If running is not your thing, then walk. I’m pretty much on track with these and since we have been staying home I find myself cooking more healthy foods. So that’s a good think, I love fruits and vegetables and with our garden I get vegetables right in our back yard!

Great liat to follow! I’ve noticed that since we have been house bound I’m preparing more healthy foods. Not going shopping as often gives me new ideas for baking. Plus with the garden Lia and I are making zucchini bread often!

Those are all great recommendations, and I am working on several of them right now. I am trying to eat in healthier ways, make sure I get enough sleep, and spend time reading and watching movies. But now, I need to eat back exercise. Somehow, I have gotten out of the habit!
