I never buy non sugar sweeteners, if I can’t use regular sugar, I sometimes substitute if or cinnamon.

Ugggh, bad news for this Coke Zero drinking girl. It contains Aspartame. I used to be much worse, though. Before becoming pregnant, and after I was done breast feeding, I was drinking several 0.5 Liter bottles.
A few years ago, i quit cold turkey, and it was bad for 2-3 days. I felt sick like a drug addict.
Since then I usually have one bottle per day, maximum. Today, for example, i had none.
