Rakhi has beautiful memories growing up. While I tied Rakhi to my cousin brother and my sister too, we gave gifts which parents brought for us.
Nowadays its easier to shop for gifts online for any occasions and Rakhi is no exception. When you are a child gifts means unwrapping shiny brightly colored packages, filled with art supplies storybooks. Then with growing up, it gets trickier. But now, no more worries about gifting ideas.
The best gift for Rakhi is a gift of Health, and that’s my mantra this Rakhi. If you want to send Rakhi gifts to India then read on I have some great ideas to share.
A few days back while discussing with my friend about a severe health condition her thirty-something brother was facing, we understood that health concerns and the money needed to address the issues worry all of us most. But what can you do really? Adults know what’s right for them and choose the lives they lead by their habits and mindset.
This conversation got me thinking. How can I send my brother Rakhi gift to India? How can I send him Health, gift wrapped? I can nag him, but that has limited longevity and even lower effect.
Then it came to me while watering my plants. Yes, you guessed it, they are a source of my inspiration every morning!
Now for the gift ideas
Rakhi Gifts Online to gift good Health
Loads of love and best wishes and the with a handmade card.
A mixed fruit basket, a dry fruit basket may be an Organic Health friendly daily staples hamper!
Physical, mental, emotional, and social Health are all needed. But how do you take care when you send a gift? When you give them something edible, they eat it, and it’s over. But if its something healthy with every bite you are helping them. Then when it’s over, they will remember the taste and seek similar Health-promoting food.
Encouragement for daily exercise
Something for his home gym, subscription to his favorite gym or activity center Maybe tennis or badminton classes
When you encourage them to start a healthy regular exercise routine. They will look at the yoga mat or a pair of dumbbell every day, and it will give them that same nagging feeling that you used to give as a sister and he will do his Surya namaskar with vigor lift those dumbbellโs while watching TV and not be a couch potato, music lessons photography clubs hiking clubs art classes anything which will encourage him to nurture his creativity and encourage Emotional Health.
A plant, seedlings set up, to start a balcony garden
Plants have a way of improving emotional Health wherever we are. They also help inspire you and make the indoor air cleaner. If your brother is not a green thumb, don’t worry you can still send him low care needed type plant and looking at the green one does feel good!
