I had no idea, lemon helps in reducing weight! Cucumber and lemon are such refreshing veggies for summers! Do they have to be refrigerated? I was looking for something that will retain freshness for 2-3 hours outside

Last year I joined aerobics classes That’s where I got the habit of drinking fruit infused water. I also make simple ones but this definitely adds to my water intake especially when the mercury is on bit higher side. Though I prefer to eat whole fruit to get my nutrient supplements, infused water is like a variation to the mundane routine.
