Wellness is a complicated topic, more so in the present. Does writing help in wellness? Does making videos help? How about your Instafeed or Twitter or Facebook?
Writing does help in more ways than you can guess. So much so that I started writing in 2014 and havenโt stopped.ย Itโs because of my Blog that writing gets easier every day. The other thing, called social media, is just that. To be social. To find other lovely blogs and bloggers sharing stories from all over the world. I also donโt like working on borrowed land.

How is the Health of the Nation: The report is an eye-opener!
Writing is therapeutic cathartic, self-pep talk, mind detox, coffee for the soul all that, and more.ย I never thought I would get a rush from writing. But I do. I never thought I would tap away at the laptop, feeling the clouds lift from my head, when the world was in lockdown. That happens.
Now when I am participating in the July version of Ultimate Blog challenge, I want to Restart right. I remember many of my blogger friends were there in April too. Reading how people were coping everywhere in the world puts things in perspective.
One book I wrote was about How to Walk, write, and garden for the Healthy Life you want. One review mentioned about my book being a tad autobiographical.
That got me thinking. Autobiography is not something I plan to write. That book was not supposed to be that. It was creative nonfiction about how writing, walking, and gardening can be three friendly tools to help you on your wellness journey.
Have you read my book ?
If not check this out here .
I am planning to make an Audiobook from it and will be sharing the chapters one at a time exclusively on the Blog from tomorrow.

Great post! I started my blog in 2014 also and I love how blogging ideas just come to me now compared to when I first started. I’m far from a pro but looking back at my earlier blogs, they were like grade school writings. LOL

I have met many a deranged, unhealthy author. I’m not sure the ink is dry on any concept that writing provides one a pathway to wellness, Dr. A.

There are several studies to show creative pursuits like creative writing , music, arts help in improving mental health and a sense of wellbeing . But this applies to creative writing, not technical writing.
