My daughter loves yoga. She now teaches me all that she learns at school. A few days back I told her I wanted to start learning traditional dances again but not give exams or performances. Too much time management will be required. My daughter said mom I will teach you. You can do it when you want and I won’t take exams or ask you to perform! A yay for daughters. Yoga for Humanity is the theme for 2022 and while the world celebrated on June 21st, I am late sharing this. But when it’s for a good cause better late than never. I am also trying to find a balance between creating, creating mindfully, and creating consistently. Sometimes I am painting, and writing but not sharing, it’s not going on my blog and it’s almost like researching into my own mind.
