Why would a Blogger want to make a video? Why start another creative channel, when blogging itself is much work? How can you make it work if you have no tech knowledge(I didn’t when I started )?
I am an ENT surgeon. The only thing I wanted to be growing up was being a doctor, have a nice job, teaching in a medical college, semi-retire from a Government job(if there is such a thing), and then have a private practice. This was as recent as 2013 when I was doing exactly that.

Then I also was a mother of a one-year-old. Fast track to 2018 when we as a couple decided to change tracks our dreams and go for self-employment as private practitioners. By then I was already blogging on the side for four straight years. Did I tell you I started blogging only in 2014?
If writing was an unknown, doing videos and live chats were not something I did or knew anyone who did. But I have a try-new-stuff-as -long -it -doesn’t -harm-self or others, approach to my life.
That’s where my journey with video started. High-Speed Internet, access to Smartphones in most households in India, makes video important as a medium of presence.
It’s accessible, engaging, popular, and is expected to drive 82% of online traffic. It increases the time spent on site. By integrating video with all your channels and not thinking of it as a separate thing, you help your website.
