hankful Thursdays-3 SKILLS
hankful Thursdays-3 SKILLS

The best part of #ThankfulThursdays is counting blessings. Its almost like counting your stash of chocolates. But better!

When you eat a piece of chocolate you feel good, then worried and then want to have one more. The guilt attack of binging leaves you tired. But Thankfulness? It’s wonderful.More you practice the better you feel and it becomes second nature. This doesn’t mean we don’t crib and don’t ask the Universe,

Why God why me?

Four-by-four by #ThankfulThursdays team

What does it mean? After an hour or two of ranting, you can stop and count your happy thoughts again.

The better you get at this the less time you will spend on being sad, that I think is the true outcome of #ThankfulThursdays.

  1. Wow! eBooks for everyone, who says no to this?! Congratulations, by the way, and these books look so interesting to read. I wonder how happy you really in such things like this, and readers will be able to feel that, for sure.

  2. Gratitude is so important for mental wellbeing. There are a lot of dark thinks in this world, but being grateful for the good helps us reconnect to that which is most vital to us. I wish you best on your linky; I recently started a biweekly mental health linky too, if you’re ever interested in joining I post them on Fridays! Unfortunately I can’t write a post specifically on your topic or else I’d add something. Do Rocking Motherhood posts count? Anyway, it’s a lovely topic

    1. Thanks Elizabeth. I would love reading your rocking motherhood posts .Feel free yo link up .Would be popping over for your Friday linky

  3. Thank you for sharing about your books, and all the best as you market them. (That’s my least-favorite part of the writing process!) Causes and statistics in the fight against cancer

  4. these books sound fun to read! I need to get back on track with my reading again! Thank you for inspiring me and for providing the material!

  5. Hey Amrita! Firstly a hearty congrats to you on successfully publishing your ebooks. The best part is people can lay their hands on some lovely books for free! This is as good as it gets. My best wishes to you and I am sure pretty soon you will be publishing hard copies of your books too!
