MondayMommyMoments 36: Homework Time

Last week on #MondayMommyMoments we talked about the introvert child.Whether they need help or should they be left to themselves? When we announced our prompts, moms gave wonderful insights into the introvert /extrovert puzzle.

Moms gave wonderful insights into the introvert /extrovert puzzle.Interestingly it’s not a great divide but rather about choice and what one likes. The best pieces came from moms who were introvert themselves.

They had a view of both sides of the coin.Exactly what we wanted.

Takeaways this week from the #MondayMommyMoments collective  mom’s wisdom

  • Do not label.
  • Take care to respect the child.
  • Keep a watch that solitude doesn’t become lonely.
  • Remember all children are unique.
  • Most children and adults are a pleasant mixture of both these qualities.
  • Check whether the child is confident and well balanced. If not then parents may need help.

Don’t forget to read my post linked up today on the prompt.

  1. Thank God for posts like this….whenever I am about to make a judgement about a child, I check myself. It takes efforts because it is so rampant that we do not even realise while making the same mistake
