Can you forgive? Can you forget? Does time heal? What happens when you don’t forgive? Do you get a sour taste in your mouth? Does your  heart beat increase? Do you feel your face flushing? Do you stop making complete sense?

Anger, the feeling of abandonment, betrayal, distrust, all makes it difficult for true forgiveness. Also sometimes it too late. The person is no more and things change forever. What do you do then? You  try to forgive for your own sake. When holding on to the anger makes you feel sick, you know it’s time to let go.
