I am struggling with ways to be calmer and focus on things one at a time. Have you ever felt too many ideas, to be a problem? Before I could write this post, I looked through two other post drafts and deleted two whole paragraphs. I was not feeling inspired. Then I remembered my why.

Tiktok was banned in India and many people with all their plans on it had a heartbreak. Now all my books are on KDP select and I like the platform. But I want my readers, who don’t want to try Amazon, have access to buy the book. I want to have a choice and offer a choice.

When I say there is a link between writing and wellness, it’s a tool to help not medicine. Exercise of the body boosts your brain. Exercise of the brain boosts wellness quotients.


If you have read the book Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert, she states that you must believe in the magic of storytelling. That’s the only way you will feel the magic.


The stories about unhappy writers and writing coming best through darkness and unhappiness is a vicious cycle that artists fall prey to. Creativity is beautiful more you do it from a place of happiness, the better it is. Mental health and physical health don’t work in isolation. They do the tango together and that’s where writing comes in.
