Thanksgiving &Thankful Thursdays (4)

When we started this, #ThankfulThursdays blog hop,we had some plans .
Not too many ,some.

This entire year  had a lot of ups and downs. But God has always been kind.
Very kind.

Why am I thankful this Thursday. What’s special about Thanksgiving?

The story of the tummy

I was able to get back to lifting weights and running .

It’s the best feeling in the world when you keep your own health goals . My hubby has been a big help with this. Egging me on ,always encouraging.

Even when I said I wanted both of us to have 6 packs ,he didn’t blink .
But said let’s do it!
The 6 packs us a long way off.
But finally I can see me lateral rectus when I lift.Unlike about 8 months back when I had almost forgotten my tummy had muscles ????.

That’s a big thank you to all the powers above and below here on earth who are helping me carry on.

Daily chatter with Blogchatter and #MyFriendAlexa

I was able to blog daily for 14 +30+25=6 days this year.
This is a milestone for me .
Last year I blogged rarely once a month.
I was too busy being busy.
You honestly can find time to do things you love.

I have to thank Blogchatter and  all the friends I have made here.Blogging now really is a pleasure .Even virtual meet ups and coffee chats are loads of fun.

My mastermind  group

Have you always wanted a group of friends who had your back ,encouraged you, helped you and Brainstormed with you?
That’s a mastermind group.

I was blessed to have found amazingly talented few beautiful people who sang the same song I hummed.
We are in different corners of the world. But ,we all want to do the same thing.
Create great content.
Help others.
Take care of health ,family and ourselves.
Become famous ????
No harm in dreaming big right.

  1. Looks like you had a wonderful year with amazing opportunities! I wasn’t regular to my workout since last 2 weeks as was traveling but now have to be more regular before the Christmas holidays!

  2. That’s so great that you’re into your workouts again! It’s been challenging for me because, as the nights get dark sooner and it’s colder outside, I find that I don’t want to leave my apartment! Eek.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones <3

  3. Loving the idea of thankful Thursdays, sometimes just by sitting back and looking at what we are fortunate to have it’s a great way to have a happy life and having friends with similar interests doesn’t hurt either

  4. It’s great that you have a group of friends to brainstorm and have fun. We are settling in in a new place and I am thankful that it all went well for me.

  5. It’s fantastic that you are meeting your health and fitness goals. Doing what you enjoy and that too with like minded people is so much fun. It’s the cherry on the cake. 🙂

  6. I had a stress fracture last year and couldn’t exercise like I used to and it was hard. I’m slowly getting back to what I was before that injury. I have that 6 pack dream maybe one day. I’m just waiting patiently for some mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie!

  7. This is awesome. Its always great to have a group of people with similar interests or just pure go-getters.

  8. I love writing for ThankfulThursdays as it is helping me remember and retain the things I should be thankful for.
This has been a year of mixed blessings for me, and I am glad for every little thing that has happened as it has left me stronger and wiser.
I am looking forward to seeing your six pack abs soon:))

  9. Its great to see when people go out of their way to help. You have been that too Am. Love all the gifts that you have received, you deserve them Am. Spreading Gratitude is wonderful.

  10. I’m beyond excited to have won a spot in your challenge. I have linked up today too and hopefully will continue to do so!
