We really need more sleep when we are young
As all mom’s know waking up a teenager is an irritating chore to say the least.I jumped off the bed just to stop my mom from cribbing.But my sister had a system, which was full proof .
She pretended to meditate while waking up and that way could nap a little longer. It was later that my mom caught her seriously napping rather than meditating!
Interesting sleep facts:
Small children need more than 10 hours sleep.The more they nap the faster they grow.They actually seem to grow while sleeping!
