Why I love my blog#Bloglove :Life as a Doctor-Momblogger

I love  my blog and there’s no other day  better than today to declare it.

My blog baby is 2 years younger than my daughter .When I started blogging  ,I knew nothing.Google ,Amy’s blog ,Pat Flynn’s SPI ,quicksprouts and backlinko helped me get it together.Somewhat.

All these bloggers have one thing in common. They never waste time pulling down others. They always understand the value of kindness. Not compromising on quality of content is another thing that makes these bloggers special.

Today Blogchatter asked me to  take on the baton of Blog Love from Ramya Samantha

Why do I love my blog? It’s because  I started to write that I read all these interesting blogs.Learnt that blogging is not just writing.Blogging is an art and science by itself.

Itself a beautiful universe where your virtual self speaks through the written words. After you are a professional ,sometimes you need a hobby that challenges you. That pushes your boundaries. As a mom you have limited choices. What you can do depends a lot on how old your child is and who are the other care givers.

My blog lets me  write my heart out.All that I want my child to know about, love, relationships, trust ,family and my joy at being her mom is  painstakingly etched into this virtual home of mine. Shifting 6 homes, has made my blog my sanctuary. Whenever wherever I travel to ,my blog has the same address  https://healthwealthbridge.com

That’s special. I told my daughter she has a place to write here when she grows up.How cool is that .Mother daughter sharing a platform. My blog is my  safe nest. Its my home.My safety net.My bouncing ball. Its my baby and my friend .Its because of blogging that I found amazing friends.

I started blogging not because I was a SAHM.Infact I am anything but that.I work full-time at a Medical College as an ENT surgeon and teacherI absolutely love being a doctor and teacher. The duties being flexible, helps me manage home and work.I am really thankful for that.During  my own struggles ,I realized what most women with shining careers go through ,after becoming a mom.Your heart is torn into two parts. One part wants you to spend all your hours with the bundle of joy  and the other one wants you to do the work you came here on earth for.I became a doctor through a difficult journey .Giving up on being a doctor is not even a choice. The choice I had was ,how much time I was going to be  a doctor, and how much time I could be a mom.Doctor -mommy -blogger is the sweet spot that lets me do it all.

When I write about health ,wellness and lifestyle healthcare I use my professional knowledge and experience. When I write about ,parenting ,mommy life and childcare its a mix of both a mommy and a doctor. When I write about my journey to financial freedom as a momblogger .Its my blogging mom avatar which has fun.Learning the technicalities of blogging and backend stuff is my hobby which challenges me and my daily mind exercise.

My blog does this all for me. Thats why I love my blog.

I pass on the baton of #BlogLove to Bushra
