How to Use Content Planner on CANVA

How do you schedule your posts for Social media?I wanted a simple way to share and schedule my posts for easy sharing for a long time .

The available options were limited in free versions ,clunky .Plus the uploading of various images for different platforms was a headache of royal proportion.


I remember Canva had sent in a survey, and I mentioned scheduling efficiently.God and CANVA both were listening.

During the COVID 19 pandemic, I started drawing, painting, and lettering a lot. Thats when I decided I would try my hand at sharing my work on various social media.

Where will you find the Canva Content Planner?

Open the Canva app.(Get it on Google play store).


Click on the menu /hamburger sign three dashes at the lower right.


You open up the entire menu ‘Click on the content planner.
The calendar opens up.
Hover over a date a plus sign appears on the top right of the date box.
Click on it.
Choose from creating a design or a recent design.
Choose your post.
Choose your destination.
Choose the relevant page of design


Write description give hashtags for Instagram. For Pinterest, an option to insert a website link appears.
Schedule after adjusting date and Time
Go on to the next date
