Memories of the Balcony Garden (Photo Blog)

Once upon a time in September of 2014 I got my first plant.I had three small balconies. It didn’t take me long to fill them up.

I loved looking at my green friends .But in 2014 I didn’t know they would save my life .

Yes in 2020 Corona times thanks to the Dragon’s unfair habits we are still far away from the normal.

Travels and nature walks are still far way off.Its a walk around my balcony that’s keeping me happy and feeling good.

There are many reasons to thank the green plants for.Oxygen and our life is right there at the top.But a close second is their ability to promote wellbeing.Whenever I feel demotivated a walk around the balcony garden, watering plants and staring at them instantly makes me feel better.

  1. What a beautiful balcony garden you’ve! I hate to admit that I do not have a green thumb but my Dad loves gardening. And I am reaping benefits now 🙂

  2. Definitely, gardening has been something that has kept us active and occupied, thus happy and healthy, during these past few months.. and now we can’t imagine not spending time in our garden.. Love your gorgeous garden pics

  3. I was beginning to sink into depression and needed something to get me out and about so I started a garden and redoing my fences. Which has been a Godsend as it has gotten my husband outside as well and my son off the Games. But my Garden isn’t as near as pretty as the ones you have shown in the photos but one day I Pray they will.

  4. OMG I love all the balcony garden photos, the bougainvillea is my favorite! Lia has one in her garden but it’s no where the size of yours!

  5. WOW! They are so beautiful, Amrita. And I can see why they would make it easier to be at home, when nature is so close and available.
