  2. You are spot on when you say water is a miracle drink! The remember feeling lethargic, when my intake of water had dropped during a hectic schedule. All my doc said was drink water and it did the trick

  8. I never know that a glass of water prevent headache. I’ve noticed minor headache whenever I skips water for long hours. Will keep this in mind
