10 Water colour Wisdoms

When I started painting in 2020 during the lockdown I was riddled by self doubt .How to continue our small private clinical practice ?How to take care of my daughter?How to stay safe as a family?What’s going to happen?

The questions seem to be set in stone for most if us. But things are getting better.Unlike last year ,this year vaccines are available. We know a little more about the COVID19 CCP virus .We know the world needs to heal .We know helping and healing are both two way streets. We know without trust ,no relationships, be it private between individuals or international between Governments can work.

We know our safety needs to be in our hands too.But international organizations must call out bullies and those who don’t play by the rules.

I was just painting because it was so calming.I continued.Many flowers bloom for a day.Then they will wilt, never to bloom again. But they put on their prettiest colours for the world to see.It’s not the quantity of our time on earth but the quality of our time that’s crucial.Making it count is not easy.


I wrote the first book in my Krishna Mishra Mystery series in April 2020.So 2020 inspite of COVID had some serious blessings.

The Practice is the Key to everything Art.

Where the sky meets the sea,that’s magic.When dreams meet reality that’s art .

You can learn from everyone, but choose whom you learn from with care.

The opportunity cost of never finding your own self is immense.


We are all blessed .Believe that.
