In a show of protest Doctors all over West Bengal closed their OPD s and elective surgeries from 8 am to 4 pm on Wednesday 14th August .IMA Malda also charted another full day event on 15th August after flag hoisting.
Under the able guidance of Dr.Tapas Chakraborty president IMA Malda ,the IMA members decided on a charter of events to mark their loud protest for the justice of their colleague/sister/friend who has suffered a brutal fate at the hands of criminals.

Rally from IMA bhavan all around Malda town and sit in at Post office More.
Free OPD Pediatrics by Pediatricians in association with IAP Malda from 12pm to 3 pm at IMA bhavan.
After flag hoisting the entire team of doctors nursing staff,students healthcare support staff,medical representatives all joined in a rally to demand effective investigation of the crime,and justice for the Victim and exemplary punishment to the perpetrators and enablers of this heinous crime.
