Are you a woman?Do you have a sweet tooth? If your answer is yes to both the above and you also are juggling time and workload then this dessert cookbook is a must-read.
I love desserts .but stuck in a small town the availability of quality dessert shops are limited. But what happens when I bake?My hubby has a little bit(no sweet tooth ) my daughter has it at most twice, and I have the rest!
That used to be very bad for my health goals and I ended up feeling guilty.I really wanted small portion dessert options which had tried and tested and np fail
My daughter’s school tiffin box needed fresh bakes and making a regular sized cake made no sense.Entry my family’s favorite two recipes from the cookbook by Tina Basu.
My favorite recipes from the cookbook:
Instant Microwave brownie and Quick Banana Bread Mug Cake.
Tina offers exact tips to get that single or at most double serve cake and muffins made fresh in 2 minutes. They are so easy and no fail that I could make them in the morning itself and send fresh.
Believe me, I never thought this was possible. The best part I can keep a small piece of it for me and not feel guilty.
Packed with quick tips, exact time and hassle free recipes this dessert cookbook is a must have for all dessert loving busy people.

Tina’s style of presenting the recipes without overwhelming the novice cook. Her exact proportions that made after the book a dream.Mouthwatering pictures.(Though a little heavy and was slow to download )
Fruit based desserts.Great recipes to mention in my book for Picky eaters.
What could be better?(If we have to nit-pick)
More optimized image. The book is a whopping 3.98 MB!Maybe image optimization could be explored here.A few recipes appeared similar. But one understands the author’s intention, of helping new cooks explore creativity with the basic framework. Not a negative as such. But food for thought.
